Jon Alexander-Hills is in charge of all bottling for the CCWS and the Paso Robles Wine Services, on two bottling lines owned by these companies.
He is responsible for arranging bottling business, making certain that wine to be bottled is on hand and ready for bottling, compliance work, label approval and the myriad of other details that are involved with the bottling process. |

Jon graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Botany, and M.S. in Plant Physiology, and an M.S. in food service, specializing in Enology.
He has primarily worked with Central Coast fruit, both at the Central Coast Wine Services and in his previous jobs at other wineries.
Jon lives with his wife and son in Shell Beach, California. He has continued his interest in botany, and enjoys hiking, bicycling and skiing.
